I worked at KPIT Technologies full-time for more than 3 years Pros There is nothing good about KPIT Munich, earlier it was having good work culture (when it was under German people) Cons Too much politics. After In2soft aquire work culture was good for some time. Now most of the old German employee has left company. All Indians who are working this devision of KPIT does't have much knowledge about domain. Some guys who has some brain they also left KPIT due to politics.
